Mimosas make any brunch special. Add a slice of fruit and serve in a Champagne flute to make it extra pretty. Ice in a large white wine glass is optional.
- 1 part Sparkling Wine, Cava, Prosecco or Champagne
- 1 part orange juice
- Fill champagne flute 1/2 full with chilled champagne.
- Top off with chilled orange juice.
- Stir gently.
