- 1 whole avacado ripe, peeled and seeded
- 1/8 cup chia gel See first step
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- dash cayenne pepper
- olive oil to thin if neccessary
- Soak 2 Tbs chia seeds in 1 cup water for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender.
- Drizzle olive oil in as you are blending if you want a thinner dressing.
