Wine Tasting
A number of us would like to start mixing our events up and including meetings specifically for wine tasting and food pairings. The meeting goals will be to learn about wine, try and compare varieties and sharing our favorites. We can compare varieties, vintages, regions, food pairings, etc. These meetings may be organized differently from our normal cooking meetings and each person may be asked to bring a bottle that meets specific criteria.
