ripe, peeled and seeded

chia gel

tamari sauce

pure maple syrup

cayenne pepper
olive oil
to thin if neccessary
Instructions
Chia Gel
Soak 2 Tbs chia seeds in 1 cup water for at least 30 minutes.
Dressing
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender.
Drizzle olive oil in as you are blending if you want a thinner dressing.
