Avocado-Chia Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole avacado ripe, peeled and seeded
  • 1/8 cup chia gel See first step
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • olive oil to thin if neccessary

Instructions
 

Chia Gel

  • Soak 2 Tbs chia seeds in 1 cup water for at least 30 minutes.

Dressing

  • Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender.
  • Drizzle olive oil in as you are blending if you want a thinner dressing.
