Charlotte and Bruce set a stunning table on their deck on the channel complete with white tablecloths, sparkly lights, greenery, candles, white place settings , cloth napkins and rings, water pitchers, glassware and so much more.

Prep stations were ready to prepare brochette, Italian salad, corn soup with grilled shrimp, a antipasto platter, dipping sauce for vegetables and bread sticks, grilled, deep fried dessert bread, caramelized onions, pizza dough, and a huge assortment of pizza toppings. There were also homemade cookies and cupcakes for dessert.

The thunderstorm definitely had an impact on last night’s cooking club as we had to move inside. Bruce was still able to show us how the pizza oven worked, but due to heavy rain and wind, some of the pizzas had to be cooked inside.

In attendance were Bruce and Charlotte, Jessica and Curt, (and sons), Emily and Mark (& son), Darci and Marc, Ken and Christine, Angie and Seth (& kids), Robin, Kathy Jo, Jeff and Kim.

It was an awesome evening even though it rained! The food was delicious. Some of us even went on a dessert pontoon ride after dark! Thanks again, Charlotte and Bruce!
